Wet meat ideas for high protein diet

Of course... the meats can be substituted!


1.  Beef and broccoli Asian style with chow  mein  noodles
 
2.  Beef marinated in salsa grilled sliced  Mexican fajita style, with grilled vegs and tortillas
 
3.  Beef in gravy. Stroganoff  sour cream ,  Swedish style,  roasted vegs
 
4.  Beef or pork barbecue, buns, fries,  coleslaw,  baked beans
 
5.  Beef in ginger snap gravy, German sauerbraten style , meat is marinated first serve with red cabbage, green beans , spaetzle
 
6.  Beef in tomato sauce, Italian style  or over spaghetti
 
7.  Pork or chicken in pineapple sauce, Hawaiian soy style
 
8.  meatloaf, mashed potatoes, carrots 
 
9. meatballs, On  French bread buns  or spaghetti
 
10. Chicken Meatballs, pineapple, green pepper, onions over brown rice  
 
11.  Turkey burgers with Gouda cheese topping, buns, pickles
 
12.  Meaty Mac and cheese
 
13.  Cheese burgers
 
14.  Chicken sour cream  goulash over spaetzle, Hungarian  style  
 
15. Weiss  (white) Sausage with apples, potato pancakes,  German Style
 
16. Sausage hash made with cubes of potataoes, onions, celery  with ketchup
